For those of you that don’t know, Bernheim Forest and Arboretum is currently home to three giants. The idea for Krysten and Zac’s Bernheim Forest engagement came about because their wedding is going to be puppet themed. When you meet your future partner at a puppet prom, you’ve got to incorporate puppets somehow. Creatures are even better.
Krysten and I went to elementary and middle school together, but didn’t become friends until our last year of high school. We both went to Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia and studied photography. This is not the first time Krysten has posed for my camera. After years of random adventures around Shepherdstown, being roommates in a townhouse on German street, and both relocating to Kentucky… there have been quite a few photoshoots. I think this is my favorite one.
